Hanging on.. grounded. .we will see MQ.This is my test..this next month makes me ..breaks me...Come on Steve.. I need you cuz help me here♡

Every now and then that stupid junkie comes around.

But no matter, you don't need him anymore. You are healthy, gorgeous, and free.

They do come as such as a surprise don't they?

Ticking along and then BAM!

Don't worry Jess. The surprise makes it feel worse than it is.

You think you want a cigarette - but if you actually think about the act of lighting up a tube of paper, of smoke getting into your eyes, the catch in your throat as the poison goes in - the rekindling of the desire to smoke another one and another one and another one - of you stinking, your clothes stinking...

You don't want that.

Recognise the trigger, laugh at it and get on with having a cracking time!

You'll be fine Jess.

;)

Hey Jess - stay strong this to will pass ... You can do this ! Get on with enjoying that wonderful smoke free life and know we are all cheering you on ! xx

Hope you're resting up now Jess and that all is well with you. They are sneaky those triggers, you are stronger though. There is no "hardest month" because you are a non smoker my lovely, there's simply some triggers that you get to face and be done with. Every trigger dealt with equals a stronger quit! You got this beauty, onwards and upwards. x

Made it through last night..easy peasy however, tonight is the welcome back party at the marina. There will be drinks on the dock , food and all the smokers. My true test being around my smoking friends and having drinks...

Keeping the disgusting thought of smoking in my head. I am a non smoker. If I can get through the test tonight I got this! Thanks everyone for listening and keep your fingers crossed for me!

This is exactly why I want tonight to get here! First boating season as a non smoker. This is awesome, Im telling myself. I need to hit this head on see those others smoking and rejoice that it is no longer me. I can do this, I have done this. Here's to facing the demons head on! I think ( fingers crossed )I got this! I cannot lose my quit on the heels of 7 months.

Being jealous won't help. THEY NEED to smoke as they are addicted!!! You are FREE!

I bet most of those smokers are so jealous of you...keep this in your mind when you look at them..

Evelyn is right they HAVE to smoke ..they are addicts...x

What is this "if I get through tonight" you speak of....

YOU ARE A NON SMOKER!!

YOU HAVE BEEN A NON SMOKER FOR 7 WONDERFUL MONTHS

There is no battle here my lovely, there is a choice. Go back to that addicted and poor fool or give it "hell no, thoughts can't take my quit down". You own it, like you always have. You are stronger than you know but sending strength too. xx
