It's okay to be sad.  The end of a relationship with somebody that you deeply love feels like somebody has died.  The pain is real and so is the grieving process.  The end of a relationship or the death of a loved one, although completely different, the grieving process is much the same.  Some even say the process is the same.  I don't know, still figuring that one out. You just have to believe that there are better days ahead.  Way to go by not letting life get in the way of your quit.  :)

Evelyn---you are a rock star in my book. You've come such a long way.

Accepting life on life's terms is the path to serenity. Accepting things we can't change and changing the only person in the world that we can...which is ourselves.

Bravo lady!!

Sorry to hear that Evelyn.

Onwards and upwards.

Well done for Keeping the quit.
