December 10, 201411 yr on the mental health clinic, where I was for a time out. NOT ONE FREAKIN' CIGARETTE!!! EVERYBODY smokes there. Now it's getting embarrassing I quit nicotine gum and switched to the patch. I got a HUGE obstipation as my gum worked like a laxative. I won't go into details but it was humiliating :help: Second day I say someone walking with a fag, going to the smoke-room. Where they chimney there lungs; I got it hard but I did NOT, I repeat I did NOT ask her for a cigarette. Even without SOS here. Tomorrow 3 FREAKIN' months
