Thanks all!!

Very proud that I haven't smoked for 5 months.

And yes, there are some difficult moments every now and then, but compared to the beginning it is going so much better.

Gonso well done the first year of the quit  is the hardest and the best

The hardest because of all the new situations temptations  and life experiences you face without cigarettes or whatever.

The best because you learn that you can deal with all these occasions for the first time and you get to feel the pride in your achievements and learn that your character is more rugged than you thought it was also your happiness at the above and support from your train buddies.

Enjoy the ride and be proud of yourself.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
