Pet Peeves...

Featured Replies

I have a lot of them and I'm surprised that we don't have a thread already so here goes my first pet peeve:

I HATE when designers put books in backwards in a bookshelf! How the HELL are you supposed to find the book your looking for quickly!!😤

List too long.  No one would read.

I'm not offended by much of anything anymore, but I'm irritated by damn near everything.

My pet peeve is someone chewing and cracking there gum!!

I want to rip it out of there mouth!! LOL😝😝

When there’s a sharp piece of your toenail that gets caught on a blanket or something. I keep them short I promise!! 😂😂

,Those clear plastic bags at the grocery store in the produce area (that refuse to open when you have a couple of apples or potatoes in one hand).

I swear they were invented to turn a short shopping trip into an all day affair 🤬

No toilet paper!

(thought of while putting away twelve rolls of toilet paper and reminiscing on how I told myself years ago when I got my first apartment that I would never run out of toilet paper and I never have to this day lol

@jillarI second that.  after the toilet paper run of 2021 or whenever it was I keep a large supply on hand.  We refer to it as "Mt. Charmin".  On the other hand running out will stop ya from bitin' yer fingernails.

People who engage in malicious gossip about others.

People misusing whatever new saying is going around. First it was people calling everyone Karen now its saying "let's go" out of context

I'm getting to be a grouchy old man, so the list of what irritates me is fairly long, but lately the biggest thing has been the nosiness of people. What I have, what I'm eating or drinking, where I'm going, etc. is no one's business, and it's irritating people presume to ask and get offended when I tell them it's personal.
