lol we did what should we name our "person" Scott? lol

Scott you look like a completely different person.  Good job!  Has your weight stabilized yet?  It is funny how we expect to look older when we lose weight, but it is usually the opposite.  I think too, shaving the mustache took some years off too!

1.) Scott you look like a completely different person. Good job!
2.) Has your weight stabilized yet?
3.) It is funny how we expect to look older when we lose weight, but it is usually the opposite. I think too, shaving the mustache took some years off too!

1.) I have kind of adjusted to it now... but there had been a couple times when I saw my reflection in a store window or some other odd place and it did not register right away... lol

2.) For those of you that do not know, I kind of got to my goal weight (where I am now) and then suddenly was 5 pounds lighter in like 10 days. I went from trying to lose weight to trying to gain it. So the answer is that I am maintaining my weight. If I gain a pound or two, I do an extra spin class or something. Wether you are losing or gaining, it is all about calories in and calories burned... I weigh myself at least every other day to keep an eye on it.

3.) Hahahah!!! I had that mustache for almost 35 years. I actually screwed up trying to trim the grey out of it and ended up just shaving it off completely, plan was to grow one right back. But the reactions I got from everyone was too much fun... My niece was the funniest about it because she just did not know what to say!!! lol.

When I first decided that my quit was strong and I needed to do something I went on a diet... basically I gave up bread, pasta, and potatoes ( I did not eat a lot of bad stuff to begin with ).  As always with a diet the first pounds come off pretty quick.  6 weeks or so later I had lost 8 pounds and added riding a bike to my schedule. I peddled my but off last summer and into the fall.  By thanks giving I had lost almost 25 pounds, and then I joined a gym. I do two sessions per week with a weight trainer and I have to say that it was the key to weight loss... The first 25 pounds took me 7 months... the next 20 pounds took two months with the weight workouts.

Sounds so simple.... But....

I made a commitment to this just like I made a commitment to NOPE!

Anyone can do it.... you may even be surprised to find out that you enjoy it..  I know I was!!

Scott, you look fantastic.  You also, have changed your life for the better.  You look happy and healthy.  You have really been an inspiration to us all through your journey.  Proud of you Scott.
