Hey guys & dolls😊😊😊i haven't planned anything. Well, no that's a lie. My son who has been my biggest cheerleader, I asked him to get me some crab legs from Chickies & Pete’s tonight. That's my reward. I appreciate all the congratulatory sentiments. Here’s my plan, I plan to stay smoke free for another year! Hey, what do I have to lose? For sure I have a hellava lot to gain. Weeeeeeee LOL let’s ride this Quit Train until the wheels fall off. All Aboardddd!!!😁😁😁

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
