One Month Quit

Featured Replies

Hello Quit Train.

I wanna start by saying thank you to everyone who's been helping me since my first week of quit. Getting through hell week was one of the hardest experiences of my life. I'm glad I pushed through it. Its been a month since my quit, and I'm still dealing with a lot of issues when it comes to coping with day to day life and I'm trying to stay as positive as possible, but it can be really hard sometimes. I'm still going through some depression and insomnia, and its a process to deal with.

Wish me luck guys.

Congratulations, @dullyboi on your One Month of Freedom !

I am so happy for you.  Things will settle down a bit for you now that 'the worst' is behind you.

Stay vigilant and focused and committed to NOPE and you will never go through 'the hardest experiences of my life' ever again.  Ever.

You quit smoking !  How MARVELOUS !!

Way to go @dullyboi,

You have conquered the demon for a month and well on your way to a strong quit. Stay strong because this fight to kick addiction is a noble and healthy fight. It will get better as time goes by and you will be a better person for it.

Congratulations @dullyboi on your first month of freedom.  That first month is the toughest.  Keep up the awesome work!

Congratulations dboi!!!  Keep working your way through the tough days and you'll start finding much easier ones along the way.

Congratulations dullyboi on your first full month smoke free. Insomnia was one of the worst recovery symptoms there was for me but then one day I woke up after a full nights sleep and was in the best mood I had been in in a very long time. I even sang in the shower lol. I want that day for you too. It isn't far away now so hang in there, you're doing great 👍
