Welcome to the club, Frez - looks outstanding on you.         It's very possible.   Quitting doesn't have to mean getting larger.   This is The Sarge several years ago ... Notice the gut. Se

I should note I did this without special supplements other than vitamins or expensive pee however you want to look at it lol........just moderation and eliminating a couple of things and limiting others and added in some exercise and there you go.......I firmly believe there is no magic pill or shake or potion that will lose it for you it does take work and determination. I might never lose that last 10-15 lbs but maybe that is where my bodies homeostasis is where it wants to be to be healthy because healthy is the main point and goal.

Oh my god lisa, how fab do you look, wow what a transformation well done you, that is one hell of an achievement,

You go girl x

OK, Missy, I am so motivated by you!

Thanks so much!

You are fab!

aww you guys are sweet but truly anyone can do it trust me I was the ultimate smoking couch potato.....barring medical reasons* anyone can I have faith in that it saddens me sometimes when I see people I know can but dont because of whatever issues they have going on in their head.....like quitting smoking is losing weight is mental also and in the kitchen.

*I put this there because there are medical conditions and medications that can cause difficulty with losing weight and I do not want those of us that might have those problems to feel bad or down about it either......the major point I want to make is that it is to do your best to be the healthiest you you can :)

So many people are afraid to gain weight when they quit and this can certainly ease any apprehensions they may have and could be the deciding factor on whether or not they decide to quit.  A lot of people don't even want to try in fear of gaining weight.  You're living proof that you don't have to gain weight when you quit.

Again, awesome job!

 anyone can do it

yea.....but not everyone does.  You did.

I showed my husband your pictures..we are currently arguing because he doesn't believe it's the same person.  LOL  the ultimate compliment
