My first anniversary of quitting smoking!  ?

I’m looking forward to it!

Yup...cause we're gonna party like it's 1999!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just repeat what you've done already and it'll only be 35 days!

That's like the homestretch.

And it will be here before you know it, Barry.  Seems like after 6 months, the months just fly by.  Keep looking forward to it.  It keeps getting better and better!  :)

Hi Barry.

If you are thinking in terms of 200 days, then I guess it is safe to say that you are well past the moment to moment/hour to hour phase of your quit.

That's great Barry.  Be sure to celebrate the hundred and sixty-five that you've already put to bed.

Enjoy all the milestones of this first year dearly because after the first year the battle is won and the party is once a year. But that first years man, so much emotions!

Try and focus on one day at a time Barry otherwise it will seem daunting

Q How do you eat a elephant ?

A One bite at a time

I can tell you that you are good to go brother :) Just put in the time doing what you've been doing and you'll be fine!

Nah...I’m just kidding.  I only think about smoking and cigarettes when I’m on here ?

Wishing you 200 days plus a lifetime more of nonsmoking.....

(you're doing great.)
