eh since I put flavored creamer in it it doesnt matter the coffee really besides I am too cheap to buy expensive stuff anyway like I said I do it for the caffiene lol :P it doesnt taste that bad :P

folgers is in my cup or maxwell house whichevr is on sale.....I use sugar free powder french vanilla creamer in my coffee sooooo I just drink it for the caffiene really

I wear sauconys now and also I realized for running shoes that I should go a half size bigger which helps my feet also it truly is what works for your feet ....I have beome a shoe whore I have bought many running shoes to find ones that work plus after so many miles they need to be replaced.....I have tried nikes, asics, kswiss (hated those) and other shoes here and there so far sauconys are my favorite they feel nice and my feet do not hurt nor do my shins.

well now they let him out on huber sigh he keeps getting away with crap .......his sister got hit the other day by a drunk driver on her bike (she is fine minus some road rash) but could have been a lot worse you think he would get a clue but no he is a dumbass!

update on dumbass cousin he is in jail SURPRISE SURPRISE! NOT! He obviously didnt run too far lol

it is always clean cause you never know what could happen you could into an accident or something :P

I wore them again today to run to the store and to go out on the boat I love my flip flops lol

took cody for a nice long walk with some running....my thighs are still sore from yesterdays 6 mile run lol guess 3 weeks off will do that to ya lol
