  1. Wow, I didn't believe it until I saw it. Welcome Cristobal!
  2. I actually calculated it being near Toledo, so that's about only a 3.5 hour/230 mile drive. Straight up Turnpike. Easy peasy. Kids are currently in Florida. We're meeting up in a week for Mickey World. Couldn't of picked a better weekend. Wife and I would of showed. Fun road trip and experience. Again, could not be a better weekend. But oh yeah, nobody's invited. :(
  3. WAIT...........Something just came in the mail..... Nevermind :sorry:
  4. Don't forget the "H" on Pittsburgh ;)
  5. Last I heard from her she was very "curious".
  6. Wow still shocked. Beth was a spitfire that said it like it was and I respected her for that. She also didn't have the easiest of times in life. She is finally at peace with her sister and that is what's important.
  7. This is why owning my own house was my #1 goal. Could not stand the neighbors you are "forced" to be next to with apartments/condos/townhouses. Between the noise & the smells I felt like we were living entirely too much in each other's worlds. I remember one apartment I had, there was a sweet old lady that lived above me. The problem was, this sweet old lady loved to sit in her rocking chair and rock all night...every day...every night...and the floors were very very squeaky. Talk about something that will set you over the edge. Then there was the dumpster located behind my bedroom window. This is where many disposed of their doggy droppings and old food. Of course I had thinner walls, so the intercourse that took place besides me in apt. 24 was there for everyone to enjoy. Every time I would complain, something else would pop up. There wasn't any peace. I lived in 4 of these places and every one was a nightmare. Now I have house where my family's smells and sounds are our own. Next goal is have property with at least an 1/2 acre between the closest neighbor. :) Good luck with your situation Rf. I can't imagine having to smell some one else's smoke after I have quit smoking. This would be my breaking point.
  8. L A R R Y!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  9. Been watching it since Season 1. The only show the wife and I set a side our Thurs night to watch together (the new ones). Must of seen every episode a half dozen times now. Season 1 & 2 are the BEST in my opinion. I LOVE it when they would give that subtle glare and smile to the camera when the guys would say something they didn't want to do...sooo funny! I go back and forth on who my favorite is, but all roads keep coming back to Joe. He is bat sh*t crazy. Missed last night's Super Bowl one, but will watch On Demand tonight. Next week starts the new season!!
  10. Good luck. If you can quit smoking, you can do this.
  11. HAT is notoriously known to come in make a 3-4 post splash about quitting, then disappear. Only to resurface several months later doing the same. He does the same on the "other" site.
  12. I am BEYOND excited to see her and "Boss". Margot seems like she got the "crazy" down! Even the other characters are really starting to grow on me.
  13. But I think your girl may steal the show in this one...... https://youtu.be/CmRih_VtVAs
  14. Like a West Virginia winner said years ago when he hit for 300 Mill...... "Now I don't have to worry about paying my utilities anymore."
  15. Day 8 is a lot different than Day 28. Ya, I thought this was Ava's idea anyways??
  16. Happy Birthday DD. Looking forward to this costume!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
