Well I thought it was as good of time as anyway to talk about my bro's escapades with the inside of a jail cell. But then my teeth started chattering and I had to seek refuge with my blanket.
  13. Jess! Good to see your pretty face. I'll nope to that. Let us know what is going on? Sometimes it helps to vent.
  14. Welcome Oneistoo! You can post a journal anywhere you like here. Whatever works best/aids your quit. I am a firm believer also in 'what gets measured gets done.' Accountability oftentimes helps us do what we know we should. We are here for you whatever you need, most of us have tried quitting before and blew it, you are not alone in that aspect at all. I know you can make it stick this time. I think a lot of us would say 'if I can quit, anyone can.' It's true it is not about being stronger than the addiction, but smarter than it. It's so important to save yourself and your health and wealth. You should be proud of yourself for actually doing this. I promise we will help you in any way we can! All the info you can read and watch on this addiction will help you understand/beat this. AND be a happy ex smoker to boot.
  15. wowser! congrats to a person beautiful inside and out :)

  18. I have been to Brussels. I once had a steamy romance with a gentleman named Philippe and went to visit him there when I was 18. Ok not steamy, but I had a crush. I think the mall I went to was 'City 2.'
  19. Laura I'm late reading this, but please know we are here for you every step of the way. Just keep in mind, all of the uncomfortableness goes away. Else none of us would stay quit. Maybe not overnight but sooner than you think! I know you can do this, I can tell you are sick of smoking. Keep on watching, reading, and posting. We cannot do it for you, but knowing you have all of us rooting for you should bring you some comfort. Your health is #1 priority.
