I’m so sorry to hear that news, Gene. But I really respect your being accountable and getting back on the Train. Reflect on what there is to learn from this relapse, but shake it off and move forward. As others have said, ours is a wily addiction. It lurks in the tall grass waiting to ensnare us when we let down our guard. Many of us have had a winding road to freedom… but we’ve learned that it IS possible to get back on track. You can do this, my friend!

Oh my. This is awful news. Jill’s strong and warm presence was such important glue in this quitting family. She helped me so much, and I’m missing her a lot.
