  3. I was 12 maybe 13 and my 'friend' occasionally smoked. I wanted to tough and cool and so I smoked 2 and coughed myself almost outta it but I wanted to me cool, I stole my dads rests of fags and light them... on my way to get hooked but I got a surgery for my hip on age 13 so a long pause set in until my 18 I believe and here comes the ironic; we flew to Greece and my mom knew my friend smoked so she offered one and I said 'well then pass me one too' and SHE bloody did. The whole holiday I smoked 1 - 3 during the day and in the evening more caz my friend and I went off. So my 'hooked' cigarette I got from my mom. Ironic.... She died of lungcancer in 2007 but had quit smoking a year earlier when she was diagnosed with throatcancer... My father died in 2005 from lungcancer. Not going to follow their examples.

I'm free, I live in freedom from cigarettes or their substitutes Nicotine Replacement Therapy: a full 2 weeks without nicotine and NOW I know what it's like to not crave, crawl upon the ceiling for a cigarette, screw my quit because I'm in continues withdrawals from NRT. The poison left my body and all what's left is mental junkie thinking; don't buy it, don't use 'm as an excuse to puff just that óne! I could have snatched a cigarette and in the past I would have but not today: first time after New Years Eve I had therapy today and when I get outta cab I see someone lurking on a fag like it delicious.... I wonder did I look so desperate before too? A few minutes later (I'm 1 hour and 15 minutes too early) I watch my therapist go outside for his fix. He once said to me no more talk about quiting smoking you use it as an excuse not to feel, it's a distraction this cuclus of cigs and puffs. He also made very clear neither one of us would be able to live without cigarettes. I didn't tell him today after his fix, client and another 2 fixes that I'm FREE... Do I have my issues ow yea sure mostly mental after trauma but it didn't even cross my mind I wanted a smoke after therapy. If we talk about nicotine now I say I know what FREEDOM means: NOT ONE PUFF EVER
  7. AWESOME JOB!
  8. You're so way ahead on me but AWESOME!
  9. When I quit I always had to quit in the evening and smoke 3 cigarettes; 1 for a habit, 1 to prepair and the last to put it down but when ANYTHING felt wrong I'd almost smoke 10 cigs that's how freakin' OCD I was. And I hated smoking but my record was quiting 3 times a day and buying a pack 3 times! Patch of and another puff, patch on and an endless cyclus that was just broken 2 weeks ago

  24. I usually don't get angry. So its good I said that last night. However I'm in a period where the genie comes outta bottle so putting it away won't work. It's just not that simple. But if it bothers other people I won't post it no matter I'm in progress or not. I thought it was okay but apparently there's a time limit on processing your trauma's
