  1. How does chicks or sticks work please?
  2. Welcome Gus, you are in the right place. I nearly deleted my profile the day after I joined (quite recently recently) . I felt so much shame and disappointment around my relapse but I have experienced complete love without any judgement. I'm glad I decided to stay. The active group of members are small but their hearts are in the right place, and that's all you need. Keep strong. ODAAT xx
  3. SO TRUE, no option on a love button, so giving hearts ♥ ♥
  4. What everybody else said... Lots of good advice. I have 2 analogies that resonate with me. When you smoke, you become this person who is highly addicted to the nicotine and the other chemicals, so day by day you change in to a monster, a werewolf. When you know that nicotine can be as addictive as heroin and cocaine (damn you cigarette manufacturers), you start to understand. If you are a control freak like me, who chain smokes to get a constant hit of dopamine and smoking is EXPENSIVE, you start getting angry. Now you have to go throug
  5. NOPE Because I love myself and I love my amazing body. It's called respect. Have a nice day everyone!
  6. Self care  - Because nobody can pour from an empty cup.

  7. Love you Robin.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
