  22. You can do this Linda just stay strong. All the good things in life don't come easy.
  23. Congratulations on your quit Matt. Your decision to come here for support is the second best thing you have done. There a lot of people here in all stages of their quits. Everyone of them can identify where you are right now. We will help you as long as you stay committed to your quit. So, grab a seat and educate yourself with all the videos and articles. You can even indulge in some games to help keep your mind occupied as well.

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
