We talk all the time. We are both on the same page here and when it's time we will fire her. What has happened to people's work ethic these days?

It's possible but I really don't think that she's that smart. She is constantly trying to suck up to the GM whenever she is around. Do think that's the behavior of someone who wants to get fired?

Have I told how she thinks she knows everything but is totally oblivious to what's right there in front of her?

Sure have, do you think she would be aware of it?

Do you know, the sad thing is I don't think she has a clue she is going to get fired?

Hey Linda, I'm glad that you haven't given up on quitting. You deserve a happier and healthier life. You are worth more than than any stupid addiction. You should be proud that you're a non smoker. Plus, you should be proud of who you are as an individual.

Does anyone actually get an exit interview when they get fired?
