  1. A week ago I decided to end my nicotine addiction. It’ll still be a long while before I forget about it but I will be successful! Smoking is stupid.
  2. Don’t count me out! I just had a mostly phone free weekend and a nonsmoking guest who totally helped. Smoking is stupid.
  3. Holy Moly. It’s not easy, but at the same time, it’s not that hard. I may need some help getting through my first weekend!
  4. Day four is awesome! I’m right behind you. I quit Tuesday at 9:30 am. Are you eating everything in sight?
  5. Three days must be a reason to celebrate I am 100% determined. Times may be tough but there’s NO reason to light up!
  6. I got some bad medical news this week too. I have an autoimmune disease that has reared its ugly head after being in check for 7 years. I may be in treatment in a week or so... Quitting smoking can only help. It definitely can’t hurt. keep staying strong!!
  7. It’s weird that an argument with a partner causes a reaction to hurt ourselves. Weird but true! That’s the first place my mind would go as well. Resisting may be even harder than first quitting. Nah, but I bet it’s the hardest crave to get past. You won’t be happy. It won’t make anything better. It might feel vindictive and satisfying but it’s a BAD thought. Turn it into being the best, most badass move you can make by NOT smoking. Know you are a better person for being strong and no one can ever take that away!
  8. 50 hours in and my first day at the office. Hanging in there and staying positive. I admit it is hard! I am going cold turkey. I want to cut the cord as quickly as possible. Each day I will be closer to being free. Deep breath
  9. Happy Thursday! I’m here with my coffee instead of smoking and creating a new habit. I’ve been looking forward to this for a long time. It’s a much better place to be!
  10. Congratulations! Smoking is stupid. I’m so glad to be putting it behind us. Keep up the great work!
  11. I did it - 24 hours down - a lifetime to go. Happy I don't stink anymore!
  12. Approaching a full 24 hours soon. This is my first morning not smoking with my morning coffee. Wow! i don’t want to ever wish my life away but I can’t wait to get over the next few weeks
