It's so good to see you my original quit buddy qsmb went down in February after a rocky last year of no tech support for avian and Nancy. When it went down in May of last year Nancy and avian were able to warn everyone and also tell them about quittrain. So a lot of members signed up over here then. These guys have been so welcoming and supportive of all us refugees bombarding their board. And we are just glad to have this place

You're doing great Kate, each crave you get past gets a little easier the next time. The emotions you are dealing with are totally normal. Some people get mad, some cry. Don't worry about gaining a couple of pounds, you can lose those later down the road. And let me tell you, I had such a hard first few months that I did exactly what you're doing and went to bed.
