September 28, 20187 yr Congratulations @zenith on being smoke free for 4 months. Well done Zenith for being smoke free for 1/3 of a year. Hope things are settling down with the new job and you are having a blast living your smoke free life. Would be great if you could pop in with a update and let us know how you are rewarding yourself for being smoke free for 4 months.
September 28, 20187 yr Congratulations on 4 months quit Zenith! That is a nice solid quit you have going there. Keep up the good work.
October 5, 20187 yr I'm sorry to say I relapsed.. Going through a break up and my emotions are all over the place. Not a proud moment but wanted to be honest.
October 5, 20187 yr Sorry to hear that zenith ? The best revenge for a break up is quitting smoking and getting healthy. Hopefully you'll get back to your quit sooner than later. Thanks for letting us know....
October 5, 20187 yr I hope you’ll be back soon. And I’m sorry for what you’re going through. Smoking will not help, but I understand the mental state you’re in and won’t preach, not today.
October 5, 20187 yr Thank you guys, this just happened today and I've been chain smoking.. no easing into it at all. I know I could and should make this my last pack, I dread starting to feel the physical effects again.. I've been working out since quitting and know I feel a million times better/healthier without it. Emotionally I was not doing as well though since quitting (it really was a coping mechanism) so that's something I need to address. I'll let you all know if I can stop again.
October 5, 20187 yr It is tough Zenith, totally understand, take care of yourself...we are here if you need us.

October 5, 20187 yr Well today is a new day and I haven't bought a pack. I might be going through withdrawal but (luckily?) I feel so terrible anyway I can't really tell. I know self-destructing is not going to help the situation.. And after the prolonged quit they didn't even taste the same or have the same appeal.

There is NO situation, reason, or excuse to start smoking again. Glad you've come back.
October 5, 20187 yr Glad to see you back already zenith, you deserve it! And just remember when one door closes another one opens. As far as relationships, I learned a long time ago that if it was meant to be it would have been. You'll find your perfect someone when you least expect it, and you've just opened up the dating field to many more possibilities as an ex smoker
