  1. Michelle, you can post in the main forum, quit smoking discussions, anything smoking related like this thread. We also have a vape forum now with a ton of info you may want to check out. Lots of good info there. There's no shame in using NRT's, we have a bunch of successful quitters who used them. Glad you're sticking around and reading and watching videos. Try to make a daily habit of it and let's do this
  2. Michelle you're going to have to quit caving to a crave if you want to succeed. You're going to HAVE to realize that the first month WILL suck and not give in. We have all had to go through the misery, some of us using the SOS forum to keep our quits. Stick close to the board. Vent, post, read, socialize, celebrate milestones. Do whatever it takes to help keep your mind off smoking. I found supporting others really helped not only solidify my quit but kept my mind off my misery. Instead of caving, post an SOS. We will be there to help you through it...

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
