Well you never saw anyone singing about being a happy little marmite did you...NOPE its happy little vegemites cos marmite is an abysmal rip off of vegemite .... and really, what other country in the would would make their national food from the waste material of beer production? ... only in Australia... you eat your marmite, and we'll see how protected you stay from the bloody drop bears

Cricket or footy in the middle of the road with all the other local kids.... but in summer, chuck a couple of snagas and a prima or 2 in ya back pack and 40cents for a sonny boy, chuck on ya togs, put on ya stack hat (so the cops didn't let your bike tires down) and the ride the whole 5mins to the pier, the 10 mins to the good beach say there from 7am to dusk then ride home.... every day of the summer holidays.... making a crystal set cos you could...

NO, NO IT IS NOT...... the marmite people would like you to believe so but it is runnier than vegemite and it is sweeter... and it tastes completely different and slightly vegetablish... vegemite it ever so much more tasty and flavourful and not runny at all...
