She's having a little bus tour around Singapore ..then a big sleep in the airport hotel ...before the big long 16 hr flight to England... I've noticed she can either arrive as high as a kite...and wants to keep on going till she falls into bed...or needs her bed right away... I am ready for either...

They have flights now from Canberra to Singapore...this cuts her journey down ,Jo...better than going from Sydney or Melbourne... Cancelled flight .would have been a nightmare...when your going all that way ..x

Or were they drunk in that festive time My money is on this !!!.... I'm a December baby.....I bettin my folks were trying to keep warm ..

Quitting is a roller coaster of emotions for sure...your still in the early days....your body is still messed up.... What can you do ..anything...eatiing is OK....snack on healthy stuff....carrots...apples...ect.... Go buy a hard jigsaw...this should keep your hands and brain busy...I did quite alot of them... Watch funny animal videos on you tube...there is tons of stuff to do....just one you can,t..smoke.... Look at you wonderful list again...and again... We have a heap of games here to keep the mind busy.... Check them out.... Stay strong ..

The most important cargo...has left home....she will arrive at Manchester airport 9 am ...Sunday morning...after a stop over in Singapore ...

Ive been to Geelong...and enjoyed it...so I will go the Cats.... But there again...I like Sydney too....oh the pressure...... I have a niece who works in Geelong.... Soooo.....cats it is.... Please keep me updated on my team....!!!

That's one hell of a list to stay smoke free.... Great post !!!! I can only add....would this have been the one....that started a smoke related illness....!!!!

know most of you wont give a rats fat clacker wot we are doing down here with our footy but at least one of our train members has a team in the finals and saddlythis week is do or die.... Give me a clue !!!...who I should hoop hoop for ....
