  2. When crap happens ....its hard to be our normal selves ...I too lost my dear friend.......this is grief .... Smoking won't change anything .... Ask yourself why you quit in the first place ......was it your health ....it was mine ....that hasn't changed ....I still need to stay quit for my health .... Your still very early in your quit ..your body and your mind is still adjusting .... There is only one way you will feel more content in your quit ...that time ....you need to give it time ....

  20. As long as you stick to the programme ...NRT can be a useful tool ...we have had alot of successful quitters ..who quit using NRT....

  22. Daily Limit Limit your total cranberry juice consumption to less than 1 liter per day, says Medline Plus. Drinking 1 liter of cranberry juice is equivalent to about 34 ounces or a little more than 4 cups, more than double your fruit servings for the day. If you consume more than 1 liter daily for an extended period of time, you may have an increased risk of kidney stones. Cranberry juice contains a chemical called oxalate that binds with calcium, possibly forming stones in your kidneys when you drink large quantities of cranberry juice. If you have a history of kidney stones, avoid consuming too much cranberry juice by limiting your consumption to two 8-oz. servings or less daily. Hope this helps !!!!!
