I quit because I was at risk of having my feet amputated....and being in a wheel chair..... Also,watching my hubby with severe c.o.p.d....on oxygen 16hours a day....also in a wheel chair when he leaves the house..... This scared the crap out of me.....

I was about to come and slap you with your sporan.lo.l Joking apart....I'm sorry you have struggled,but I'm sure once you get over this bad hangover ,you will be back on track,as strong as ever.... I've thought myself often,if I did smoke it just wouldn't,t be me I've let down ,it's all those wonderful friends I've made.... Hi I'm a young at heart 63 year old.... Started smoking at 11 and quit 8 months ago.......so I smoked 52 years...... Smoking 20 a day.... It's never too late.....if you want to join me.....I'll be waiting.....
