Hi sue, You have had some brilliant advice here....all I can add is.... Please don't smoke......it has to come from you ..... I've just spent another few hours watching all the folks with severe c.o.p.d.....trying just to walk..... All those nice people thought it wouldn't happen to them.....but it did.....
