Hi sweetheart, Now I wanted to tell about what I know with belly dancin....nicky....she has been doing it for about 3 years..... It's a fabulous excersize and harder to do than it looks.....she loves it.... Now she looks the part and does it well,but I've watched her start from scratch.... I have been known to shake my bootty with her from time to time ,when she come to visit.....it's fun.... Nooo action....you wouldnt want a video......(nasty ). Hugs x

After smoking for so long my body went berserk... I stayed with the board sometimes nearly 24hours a day....sleep no chance.... I read I read,and then I read some more.... I recieved so much support,I would never have made it on my own..... Shouting aloud the slogans....not sticking anything in my mouth and setting fire to it... My I pod.....singing to my music... If I can quit ,anyone can....

1 it's been over cast all day....rain looked like it wasn't that far away,but stayed off.... Wasn't cold just miserable....but we carnt expect much...at this time of year.... I worked a sweat on doing my stuff.....but that was short live l.ol... Might be able to sleep better now...
