Oh wendy....I can remember all too well the beginning of my quit..... I smoked all my adult life.....my body just went berserk.... When you think it ,has to heal itself of all those years of putting in all the toxins..... I talked to myself a lot...... Ya ok body....give me your worse....I'm gonna fight what ever you throw at me..... I'll,get over this....you'll see..... Be kind to yourself.....be patient.....it really does get better......your body is on the road to recovery.....

When I first met MQ,I thought wow this guy has been through so much ,yet he is so strong...a insperation..... He has been my hero from day one....he taught me how to face my fears....how to look at things differently.... He is also a terrific guy.,a friend..who will always give you the time . He built this place.....I'm so glad I've been a part of it all.... Congrats on your 1 year.....and thank you.... Doreen xxxx

Aww mike ....you know deep down...you can do this..... You don't want to smoke ...or you wouldn't be here ..right.... Make a firm decision ....that's it...no more..... Jump in to this board head first....take it hour my hour....minute by minute.... Just make a promise to yourself....no matter how your feeling.... Never stick anything in your mouth and set fire to it.... It worked for us....and it will work for you....I promise....
