Well being a Liverpudlian ..I would have to say the 60s..... I was a teenager when the Beatles and the mersey sound exploded....and started a new sound.... It was the most exciting city to live in... I also love the 70s too.....queen and Freddie mercury being my fav.....awww rest in peace freddie....

When I first quit....not kidding you Hun....I was on the board nearly 24 hrs a day..... Nap board,nap board,it went on for a while....then slowly I slept more....,then finally back to a good nights sleep.... I needed to be here....even if it was only the fun stuff....posting often,supporting others...made it easier for me.... But...we are all different.....in the end it's what is working for you...... You have a month now ....so you are doing just fine....keep marchin...... Hugs xx
