I have finally took control of my life.... Smoking never did help solve life's problems ,they were still there.... I have gained confidence,my respect,my health ,and gained some great friends..... -

I diidnt overload my plate....and told myself ....girl when youv,e ate that....that's it....noooo more..... I too used to get up right away....and whip the dishes away quick.... Tony was left holding his knife and fork.....only kidding.... I ate gum.....

This is so true.....I am proof this wonderful place works..... I smoked for 52 years..... It's never too late.....my only reget is not quitting so much earlier..... It is doable....and can be fun and exciting..... -
