When I first watched the videos here about the tobacco companies...it was my light bulb moment... I finally understood...and it still angers me ,to think I have let them rule my life for 52 years... I was blinkered... But grateful I am still alive to be able to rant and rave...so many have lost their lives far too young... I remain so angry to this day...that to me is a good thing...it keeps me NOPE...

I miss soozie...I tried my best and failed....would love to see her back on board.....

I get so angry too...may they rot in hell...killing people by the millions ..grrrrr A massive big fat NOPE....

I can walk to Liverpool airport from home ...15 minutes .... My flight to Portugal took 2 hours 30 mins...I love flying ...but after doing Australia this was easy..

Hi gang... Vacation over...all rested...missed you all... What I observed about smokers in Portugal...they were many... This was my first Holiday smoke free...and so glad to be a non smoker...

Hi Carlos...sorry you smoked...but glad to see you jump right back.... Give yourself a good chance...ditch the alcohol till you feel stronger...plus... Throw out the cigs....your a non smoker... It will stop that little nico monster was telling you they are there.. You can do it...
