Smoking is not on the table today...no matter what... NOPE!!!!

It's a beautiful day in Scouse land.... I'm going to do 10 deep breaths of good fresh air... Not sit there and clog my lungs full of nicotine and chemicals every hour or so.... A massive NOPE !!!!

Hi brandy...congrats on your wonderful quit,and finding this brilliant place... I smoked for 5 decades...finding these great folks ..made all the difference to my last and sticky quit... Don't let anyone discourage you ,this is your baby nobody else's... Please pledge every day..it really does help...a little promise to yourself... Smoking is not on the table no matter what... This I repeated ....hundreds of times a day sometimes.... Don't worry about your family not showing support....we have ample to give out...x Boo....your crabs ...very interesting...lol....

We have all bought smokes ...when the money should have gone else where... We were numpty nicotine addicts....back then.... Glad you took your seat on the train T A C We can only hope those poor addicts follow your great example..... Im proud of you sir...x
