  1. I'm sorry to hear that you are going through rough times, Moom. I do hope things get better soon. 7 months smoke free is a big accomplishment. Congratulations on that.
  2. Hey tocevoD. Glad you found this place and I'm glad you are still smoke free. If you are struggling or are tempted to smoke, come to this site and let us know. You are doing great in your quit and nothing is worth going back to cigarettes.

  9. No, heading down to the store and getting smokes will not make you feel better. That is the addiction messing with your mind. You will feel bad about throwing away 5 days smoke free and really, these early days are the toughest. Be proud of what you are doing as quitting smoking is an incredible thing to do. Keep focusing on the positive, like you are doing. Things will get better the longer you remain smoke free. You are doing great, Steve.
  10. Welcome to the board, CAQuitter. I'm sorry about your bronchitis but I'm glad you decided to quit smoking. There is a lot of valuable information here on this site as well as support from some awesome folks here. Take advantage of both as they can really help you stay smoke free.
  11. So glad you didn't smoke, Jo. That would have not made anything better, only much worse. Great job posting an SOS. Vent, yell, post, do whatever you have to do as long as you don't smoke.
  12. NOPE Happy Friday, everybody!
