No exercise today ... Unless we count controlling my temper ... Was meant to do a class but instead stood at the bank proving who I was .... Um purse stolen means so was drivers licence etc ,,,, Next ! -
Evelyn - remember how good you felt when you didn't smoke with your neighbour .. And how hard hell week is .... Not wanting to swear but why. The @!@!@! Would you want to keep doing that over and over again ...,. Stay on the board ... Most of the posters will be on shortly. .... But don't smoke !!

Funny - I'm like rain - wow isn't it nice !!! never get snow here ... We travel to see that !,, Coming up to winter and I will whinge re the weather ... But come spring ... Sarah, action expect to see you here ... My place in August September !!

I'm happy - my drivers licence arrived I time to activate my credit card ...... Yay ! Most of my cards are back ... Seriously thinking about my own vent thread for how hard that was to achieve though !

Travelling - wow isn't Singapore great they have smoke rooms for stopovers - yep,really stops stress to have to move into a smokey aquarium with the other addicts ! New Zealand on the other hand .... How dare they force us to breathe fresh air on our stopovers !

Did a killer workout - the last one from my challenge - with my trainer - basically 30,20 then 10 sets of an exercise ... Push-ups, jump squats, kettle bell swings, step ups etc intermingled with sprints .... Amazed I hate running but really enjoyed it ... And 2 great bits of news I can walk tonight and this is the last week of the challenge -
