  5. Day 5 is great .. All the nicotine has left your body , I know this gave me a great sense of pride … upwards and onwards ..
  6. Hi @catsinnc Welcome aboard the train! So glad that you found us. This is my 2nd time quitting and the first time I used Chantix but I didn't know it was still on the market. You seem to be doing quit well, and that's great. Come on here a lot and take advantage of all the info. There is even a game section that you might like, so go and check that out. Yes, definitely throw away the cigs in the freezer! You don't want any sort of reminder lurking around. Keep coming on here as you will find that we are a great bunch of people. We all know what it's like to get the withdrawal symptoms but the longer you are quit, the less they will become. Good luck to you and have a great day!
  7. Day 5 and doing great! I woke up with more energy and did my exercises and feel great! Yesterday was the first day I was't tired all day so I'm hoping that continues! I still think about being a non-smoker all day and I like the feeling! Thank you all for your inspirations and cheers and to Mac#23....Go Bills! I was born and raised in Buffalo. Tonawanda and then Williamsville! Let's all keep it up!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
