Hi @Quinzee Welcome to the Train. Stick around because we can offer you great support and encouragement as well as some great tips to help you stay quit. The beginning is not easy, we all know that, but the longer you stay quit, the easier it will become. My suggestion is to read all the information on here. Do the daily Nope pledge every day because I think that will help you a lot as it has helped me and many others on here. Stay close to the train and reach out whenever you need us.
