Your washer fluid fill tube is in mint shape despite all the other damage so that's something at least lol. I'm guessing they write it off. Front ends are tricky. A lot of important and expensive stuff up there. Hope they treat you well. So, when are you inviting us for venison steaks on the barbi There were a couple of guys in a pickup truck who took it home to barbi ...I did all the work & they didn’t even invite me ? January 30, 20188 yr That's what I always thought f*uck was - roundabout! Now you've come along and changed my entire reality
January 30, 20188 yr They censor it like that because "bumping uglies" or "fornicate" are too hard to spell.
February 3, 20188 yr OK, that's it! I've fukcin had it with THIS winter!! It's not the snow that I've been shoveling almost every day since mid-November. At least that gives me some exercise. It's the almost constant bitter cold. Temps. of -20, -30 and worse are beginning to get really fukcing tiresome. But it's really all the bullshit that goes with this inhumane weather. Layers of clothes, cumbersome winter coat, scarf, gloves, balaclava and of course a big-ass pair of snow boots! Add a half friggin hour to your prep. time every time you go outside! And then .... there's your car. That inanimate piece of frozen shit that is your lifeline to the rest of the world. God only knows, you can't walk very far in this inhumane weather without freezing various bodily appendages which would risk snapping them off with the slightest wrong movement. Those of you poor fucks that have tried to start a vehicle in early morning temps. approaching -40 will know what I mean. No plug-in for a block heater creates this unique "winter lottery"! It's called; will this frozen piece of shit start today? Oh yes, and the sound of a frozen engine trying to crank over at those temperatures is like some slow motion, guttural sound from a horror movie. And if the prick doesn't fire up by the 3rd crank .... you're fukced because you no longer have ANY charge in your battery. Might as well use it to anchor your boat because it's shot!! Once your car does start, your euphoria is short lived because then comes the scraping of all exterior glass surfaces using a cheap-ass piece of fukcing plastic crap as your car begins the 10 minute or longer sojourn of warming up. Once back inside the cockpit you quickly press your gloved hands against the heat grates desperate for at least lukewarm air. Your fingers are much too cold from all that window scraping to grip the steering wheel properly. This ritual seems unique and almost a welcomed change in your routine when it first starts in late November but that was a lifetime ago. Now, after going through this punishing process for 60 or 70 days, you want to do grievous bodily harm to anyone who might be unfortunate enough to say "good morning" to you as you finally reach your morning destination each day. I just want to be friggin normal again!!!! Is this too much to ask? You know, walk outside in a shirt and pair of slacks or, maybe even a jacket or sweater? Briefly bask in the sunshine for a moment before sliding my ass across the warm supple leather of a plush car seat. Firing up my vehicle with barely a turn of the key and immediately taking off without a care in the world seems laughable to me these days. Why the fukc does winter deprive me of this simple pleasure?! I did take some solace though yesterday when I looked at the calendar and realized it would only be about another 78 days before my quest for normality might in fact be realized. I'm almost 1/2 way there Edited February 3, 20188 yr by reciprocity
February 4, 20188 yr How in the name of God did you ever stand outside to smoke in those ridiculous temperatures? Dumb question, I know, but the further away you get from the throes of addiction, the more you see how completely fckud up you were...
February 4, 20188 yr We have not been to -40 yet here. Is that wind chill or just the regular temperature on the worst days? I think we hit 10 below The scary part about it being bitter cold is if the car should break down somewhere, it could be dangerous. Not like a Spring or summer day when you can sit in a grassy area without concern for the weather. Funny how winter wears out it's welcome after the first serious freeze or even after it snows and the roads are a mess.

Funny how winter wears out it's welcome after the first serious freeze or even after it snows and the roads are a mess. We hit -48 windchill one night back around New Years Eve but the regular temps without wind have been in the -20 to -30 range as daily lows. The high temps anywhere from -12 to -23. It did get up to around freezing a couple of days and one day it was almost hot - just for a day. It can fluctuate by 30 degrees or more in a 12 hour span at times which in itself if fukced!! These temps are in celcius though not Fahrenheit. There some ridiculously cold point where those 2 scales meet each other but I can't remember what that is. I'm sure we we experienced it at some point already this winter! Woke up today to ANOTHER 10cm snow so .... out I go for some exercise Edited February 4, 20188 yr by reciprocity

February 17, 20188 yr FUVCK!!! -15 and my furnace just went kaflewie. My pile of seasoned hardwood for the fireplace is a little thin as well so .... could be a cool night

February 19, 20188 yr So in cold parts of Canada, are the weather reporters smart ass about it like here in any part of America when the weather is about to take a serious shit? Like this - "I hope you enjoyed that spring-like weather today cause tomorrow the temps will take a nose dive, huh huh huh. Yep, better get that furnace fired up, there are going to be 10 more inches of ice and snow falling overnight huh huh huh..." It is about as nerve-grating as if say you were shoveling horse manure and someone asked if you are having a good time. It is like "Please fcuk off and die, needle dick". In Ontario, though, are the warm months pretty long lasting and nice or...?
February 19, 20188 yr We get everything you can imagine. In July/Aug. it can get up to 40 degrees C with the humidity. I think that's over 100 degree F? The summer months (June - Sept.) are nice here normally. The winters are brutal though unless we get a "mild winter" which is happening more and more these past few years. This year has been a more "traditional" winter tho It is warming up now though off and on so I am hopeful we will have spring in late March maybe?? The problem is when the temp is at around 0C (32 F) that's when we get a ton of snow. Warmer than that and it's rain. Colder than that and it just doesn't do anything normally in terms of precipitation anyway. Edited February 19, 20188 yr by reciprocity
