Bargaining - When you have thoughts like, "Only three more hours until i have lunch then only four more hours after that. YAY!" Or maybe, "OK so I have 2 hours and 59 minutes. t least it is not a full three hours". Acceptance - Usually close to the end of the day when you say, "yeah about 1.5 hours left but i can make it." But what causes anger and depression? PROBABLY because work places talk about the SAME problems over and over and exactly jack shit gets done to fix it. Like, "Well, it is still jacked up, let us talk about it some more!" And you start to wonder why the company hires such stupid-ass morons to run the place. Maybe they have shit for brains? Bosses of course have to talk about dumb shit to justify their existence. OR - the pothole situation around here. The way to fix them might be to use asphalt. But NO, our dumb-ass governor thinks that if Indiana's pothole problem is talked about on the news enough, the fairy-fcuking Godmother will magically fix them.

March 20, 20188 yr Aaaaarrrgggghhhhhh and a couple of random fooks... .. so I am teetering on WAY more weight than I want nay need.. I have put just over 2 stone/28 lbs on since I quit.. now i was on the light side for my hight so I wasn't too bothered but why the fook has the whole 2 stone went on my belly.. last time I looled like this I was 6 months pregnant.. Aaaaaaarrrgggghhh.. I look like a pot bellied pig... and today is the first day of fookin spring....and I feel fookin shite... so what did I do.. bought another bloody doughnut..... help ma boab....!!

I haven't committed to this yet. Yep that was me too.. turns out it was only the smokes that stopped me putting on weight.. I walk an average 6 or 7 miles a day about 6 days a week whilst at work but there is no way I can do workouts, they cause pain and sweating and I dont do pain or sweating..
