    Thank you all for the kind words.

     

    Four months...in the grand scheme of things that's a blip in time.  Yet this last four-months has been one of the most transformative times in my life.  This process started as a means of quitting smoking, but has led to many other positive changes.  And, along the way I met some really awesome people riding the train.
