You know me and traditional names... ;)

Anddd you know that Alyce is on my list.. As is Serenity.

Actually, I do like a few traditional names, Alice being one of them (but we won't use it, too popular). Tasha has now discarded Cassidy which is a shame... We both like it, and both like it shortened to Cass, but neither if us are keen on Cassi/Cassy which is probably what people would end up using... Tasha is still trying to persuade me on Bellatrix...hmmm. I quite like Beryl... and Lady (which Tasha doesn't like)... For boys names we now have a shortlist of 5, and I don't think it will change now, as we are 'happy' with them now. For Girls we only have 2 we both agree on at the moment!

26 weeks yesterday... only 14 to go! Baby had hiccups for first time yesterday, and Tasha says that he/she responds when they hear my voice, which is nice. She also says if there is a loud noise the baby jumps.

Tell her lay off the beer and comb her hair if she wants to go outside. Looks like burrito in sweat pants in a few more weeks

Eep, can't wait to see pictures of the baby!

What's the deal with the 7s and 4s??  On the card decoration?

7 is her lucky number, and she likes the look of playing cards, especially as they feature in Alice in Wonderland. Nothing to do with me!

Bakon

Wiley

Sonic

perfect boy name (only use if he is good looking, not regular good looking like everyone thinks their kid is either, that is best for a name like Mike or John or Rez)  It truly good looking kid where you know, really know he will be smart too,

William, but never call him Bill.  Its Will and when a kid Willie is exceptable too.

Thanks so much for sharing!!!  :)  How awesome!

Girl - Petra or Dionne

Boy - Deion

Side note - Deion Sanders is a football player here in the US (or was, I'm not really sure if he still plays or who he plays for).  They called him Prime Time.  A boyfriend used to call me Prime Time and I loved it!  :)

How about wolfgang lol just kidding ross

What I see....

A lovely young mum to be....with pride and love in the eyes....

Oh yes and a baby boy bump.....going for 8 lbs 10 ounces....

8lbs 10... Ouch!

Still undecided on names, but we now have 4 girls names and 5 boys names to choose from...

Oh yes a good size healthy boy....

Make sure plenty of pain relief is in the birth plan....this reminds me...

When my grand daughter was being born...Jenny was giving my son the gas and air too....to calm him down....

Ginevra for a girl.... just saying. ;)

That's Jennifer in Italian. Also, Harry Potter's wife's name....

WOW!! all so exciting! Not sure what I guessed, IF I did.. but will wait for a later pic.. (say... 38 weeks?) and guess again!!!

Thanks for the suggestions guys :)

29 weeks yesterday... 3/4 of the way now!

Gonna chime in Ross...I'm with Ria/Doreen, and need to see a more recent pic....my grandmother said when we were pregnant with our first, that if you look at a pregnant woman from behind and can NOT tell she is pregnant, it will be a girl...(carrying the baby all in front), I gotta agree with her...she was correct on all 4 of my daughters and it held true for all 7 of my granddaughters... :P

With that said...by the latest pic, I wiil say its a girl, but not nearly as big as doreen predicts..I will go for just over 7lbs..say....7lbs-2oz.

About names....try not to think about what he/she MAY be called (nick-name) because if you do, you can eliminate almost all of them..lol.

My wife wanted to name our youngest daughter "Megan"..i couldnt agree...i was afraid that in school she would be teased too much....(well..kinda)...our last name is "Watts"...naturally Mega-watts is the first thing i thought of when Sherrie suggested it...lol...so...we went with "Kristin"...I mean, shortened up would be "Kristi"...right?...ummm..NOT!..somewhere along the way one of her sisters started caller her "Witty"(reason was unknown to us..)...and that has pretty much stuck, so here she is now 24 years old and is known by most of us as "Witt"....(if someone calls her Kristin...it has to be a stranger)....go figure. ;)

Soooo...start thinking of girls names, and YOU pick her nickname. ;)

Here is they latest one guys...

She is certainly all out 'in front' rather than at the sides... But I was told that meant boy?

At this point, we have literally no idea, 50/50... Boys names pretty much sorted, will be one of two depending what they look like... Girls... More tricky, but like Joe says, we will try to not think about it too much before baby is born :)
