Wish I had chosen to not light up last summer. Day 1 all over again. While I have a lot of stress in my life, I will have to find different ways to cope with things. The hardest part will be keeping myself busy. Not being at home and not working gives your mind a lot of time to wonder.

all you can do is learn from your mistakes JeepKuntry...as you know...non smokers have stress too..

welcome to the forum!

OMG I'm so excited!!!  You're here!!!

What's done is done, history is past, today is present. So focus on today.

My friend, non smokers get stressed too. There is no reason to create a reason. it all passes if you let it, if you stay on the path and stay close to the support.

Much love. xx

Already on day two. I'll feel alot better once I make it through day 3. I remember that day being rough as the body is in shock. Weather permitting I plan on going on a long walk this afternoon.

Keep on keeping on!  Don't ever give in.  Never take another puff.

You're doing great JK!  Just keep going. You already know it gets easier.

These are days you will NEVER have to do again  :)
