No reply to week thread. You here?

I'm here! Thanks for checking..still nope :-)

MQ I keep reading and reading on this site. It has truly been such a godsend. Haven't seen Joels videos.. where can I find them? I think I may try Alien Cars book also.

I feel lkie I am getting pretty dependent on this site and maybe need to try to stand alone a bit..

Never doubted you. Knew you made up your mind to commit to your quit the first day we talked. Way to go Jess!

Thanks Babs...thanks for taking care of me that first day! XX

Be dependent, there's no harm in that I promise you!!  I had this site on all day every day until I felt totally secure in my quit and then I'm still here because it really does help.

Don't ever feel you are reading and learning too much or posting too much. The whole point of why a lot are here is we inter depend on each other to stay accountable and grow solid quits together. Teamwork doesn't work unless there's a team :)

Jess,

Here is the link to Joel's videos.  http://www.quittrain.com/topic/2096-joel-spitzers-quit-smoking-video-library/

There is no such thing as too dependent on the site. You are quitting a highly addictive substance and support is the key.  We are here for you to lean on. ;)

Jess don't be too hard on your self....I was on board 24/7 for months....

You do what it takes to succeed....

I was told not to over think things....just one day at a time.....

Your doing great.....

Xxx

Ummmm.. on your own???

We are either here to quit or to help others quit.

We are here for you to question, shout at, bitch at... talk you down and talk you up.  That is our sole function here on the train.... to give you an output.

Take it.

Never stop reading or posting, it was the main thing that kept me quit and sain,

The more you read and post the more you will understand about this addiction and the easier the quit will be.

We need you here as much as you need us, there's no I in team lol

HMMMM less than 6 hours until 2 weeks young lady

And I'm craving a puff....I won't but am romancing the thought. Looking forward to the day there is little urge...Nope nope nope

Remember, you used to have an urge every half hour or less when you were a smoker.

Examine your romance....look at some photographs of damaged lungs...no romance there only Truth.

I am so proud of you, Jess, for being Free from Nicotine.

NOPE NOPE NOPE, you are right !

Love,

S
