Well Paul …since you asked 😊😊😊

It seemed only right to pop in to celebrate 10 years with the place that helped consolidate my quit.   As the others have said, at first it really was about counting days but truely it isn’t long before the years fly by.
To everyone here stay strong and believe and congrats to all my 10 year quit buddies xxx

Hi guys! Congrats all. Had to pop by on my 10 year anniversary. Giving up smoking was one of the best things I've ever done. I'm proud of myself!

You know, all you elder smoke free creatures really helped me.

I initially joined after a year of quitting and lurking, to thank y'all.

Thanks Doreen!  10 years ago I did a thing that I am so proud of! It’s something that I will never regret! I had some pretty special people here help me through the tough times, and in the beginning there were plenty! At some point, everyone mentioned in this thread offered some kind of words or support I was able to grab hold of and get through another day (hour?) none of us were experts, but we were all able to help one another… hopefully the newbies can grasp the help that is being offered and take it a moment at a time until they too get to celebrate their own decade of fresh air!

my heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped along the way…. And….Yes, even Bakon! :)
