Hang in there Molly. Think positive and stay busy and believe in yourself. You are strong enough to beat this. Keep your focus down the road when this is all behind you and how much better you will feel. Best wishes and stay close.

Attaway to shake it off, Molly! So great that you’re back on track.

Glad you're right back at it @Molly2310, don't forget to update your quit date so we know where you are in your quit if you have questions.

If you're looking for more inspiration consider adding a ticker to your signature. Its so cool logging on each morning and seeing all the time, money saved and cigarettes NOT smoked since you quit. It also shows what you'll be giving up should you cave to a crave...

Welcome back Molly. Go ahead and grab a seat on the train. I am proud of you for deciding to kick the nicotine monster right back to the curb. Remember that you are stronger than the addiction and you deserve to be smoke free.

Well I’m home safe and sound and ready for sleep soon.  All in all it’s been not too bad today 👏

Welcome Molly.  So glad your ready to quit.  You can do this.  Just got to take a deep breath and stop.  Freedom is wonderful.  I smoked for 40 years and have been quit for 4.

Thank you @Mee,  I’m quite a ways behind you but I’ll get there in the end.  This place helps tremendously 👏

Welcome back, Molly.  Glad you started your quit again.  You are doing the right thing.  You can do this.

Sometimes, well every time, you get to bedtime it’s such a sense of pride to say you beat today, kicked ass in not smoking, just today.  I’m told it doesn’t always have to be that way but for us newbs it’s quite the win. Hugs Molls!! You did great today!!

Congratulations Molly, tomorrow you kick that addiction again. Then you go to sleep and repeat. Have faith in your ability to be smoke free. It's not going to be easy but it is 100% doable. You got this!!

It’s Day Two and it’s early but I feel not too bad for now.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day 🥰

You can do it @Molly2310! So glad you are posting here. Stay busy and stay strong. One day at a time, and freedom from the chains of nicotine can be yours!

Hi everyone, that’s Day 2 done and dusted. I’m going to sleep soon and I feel really grateful to be a non smoker today.

Thank you to everyone for the support you have shown me over the past couple of days 🥰

You are doing great Molly. That positive and the taking it one day at a time attitude will take you far.

Hi Molly--

It's FANTASTIC that things have been pretty good in these first couple of days.  I sincerely hope that it remains that way (and it's possible they will), but be ready with some tactics to deploy if things get bad--even really bad.  Remember that there is no legitimate reason to smoke and, ultimately, abstinence is always possible and always the right choice.

Keep up the great work!
