    THANK YOU ALL FOR THE KIND WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT!!!!! This forum has help realize that quitting is a total commitment and that NOPE must be the mantra for life- not one when I'm stressed, not one when I've had a few drinks and I'm having fun.  NOT ONE EVER!  That has made this all easier.
