Second time ,  i had a 7 months gap .

 

This time i have a 2 month gap .

 

This quit must  continue forever .

Keep the attitude of "this quit must continue forever."   

 

You have learned from past mistakes and I hope you have matured because of this.  Nothing good comes from smoking but staying smoke free brings freedom from nicotine addiction.
