August 3, 20188 yr I have an interview on Tuesday for a RN resource specialist position having to do with the or and sterile processing. I have experience in both areas. Depending on the pay, due to more responsibilities, and if they offer it to me might be interested. Trying to not be nervous about it as I still have a job I like if I don't get it or want it but you know performance anxiety. Wish me luck at 2pm on Tuesday, Lisa
August 3, 20188 yr I hope the interview goes well for you. Usually those things are more how you mesh with the people conducting the interview, assuming all candidates would have the same relative skill sets. It's hard not to be nervous of course in this situation but, you sound like you're in a great position no matter what happens. This might be a great opportunity but, it may not even appeal to you once you get all the facts. I think you'll do just fine and can go in there with calmness and confidence knowing it's not something you NEED but rather an opportunity you might want.
