Hot Rod Lincoln - my brother's favorite song as a kid. Played it over and over and over...drove us nuts. He's the brother who became a cop. Raven?

  9. A few easy things to do on the home front are to be consistent with your water intake, warm lemon water in the morning and epsom salt baths. They just help a bit in pushing the toxins out. It does get better!

  21. Good deal Evelyn. Maybe it was more of a "oh oh" moment and you just needed some time to think it all the way through. I think we face those often early in our quits.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
