  1. Great post LB. If you're not a writer already, you should be! I would read your stuff daily. :) I'm saying goodbye to feeling like a slave to my addiction. :) Freedom... at last!

Agreed with WYE! This is a fantastic post/vow and if you keep up the attitude you're displaying right now, you will continue to do great. Keep posting away! I'm loving them. :)
  3. Do it Action! It's very therapeutic, just like LB said. :)
  4. I know I've only posted once on mine, but I think the Blog feature is great. i like reading others blogs as well. Very interesting to see what people have to say. :)
  5. This is a great post Dors. :) I wish more folks would realize how stupid smoking is and how there are absolutely no benefits to smoking.

    I clearly need a life.
  15. I wish for a house.
  16. That's me too Melody. I spend a lot of money on food. I have been trying to eat healthier and a lot of healthy food is quite expensive! I tend to spend more on food than anything else. But it's worth it, I think. :)
  17. This is a fantastic post! :) It's baffling when you really think about it, eh? When we first quit or are thinking about quitting, we assume it's going to be SO hard. We can't possibly achieve something so "difficult." No, it's not hard... if you're serious about quitting, you will. Simple as that. The most my quit did was make me a tad uncomfortable in the beginning, like you said. Those first three days... phew. I never, ever want to go back there again. :)
  18. Hey Caroljo! Congrats on your decision to quit. That's the first and most important step. Once you're ready, you'll toss the e-cig aside. :) Doesn't matter what you do to get there, just as long as you succeed! Don't beat yourself help for needing the e-cig. You do what you feel is necessary! Welcome. Stay close to the board, read often, and post as much as you'd like! We're here to help every step of the way.
  19. Goooo Holski! 6 months is fantastic. Thank you for being you and all you do! I have always enjoyed talking to you on chat whenever you're around. Congrats!
  20. We're doing pretty well, I'd say. :D I like how much activity there is here, no matter how many members we have. It's great.

  22. Timber by Pitbull/Kesha.
  23. I just finished Love Anthony by Lisa Genova. I've started A Cupboard Full Of Coats. Anyone read this one yet? If so, what were your thoughts? I also have Looking For Alaska on the go, but can't find the book, lol. So it will have to wait.
  24. Another smoke-free day for me, thanks! NOPE NOPE NOPE. :D
